Cathie Beck is a journalist, editor, and wine and food critic. Her memoir Cheap Cabernet is her first published book. It wasn’t easy bringing it to print. It took 60 rejections, self-publishing, and an on-line book launch to gain the attention of 22 publishers.  Some things are worth the wait.
