What we’re looking for:
Essays on the craft and business of writing. Articles should give clear, definite guidance. Be specific, not general. We prefer pieces that go deeply into one specific piece of advice, rather than a list of five or ten on how best to market an indie novel or address a sagging middle.
Essays on the writing life. These should be inspiring stories about what either writing taught you about life, or how you learned to deal with the many emotional challenges of writing and publishing. Again, be specific. Try address one aspect of writing with a story and lesson rather than a list of suggestions for overcoming writer’s block or time management.
Pitch your ideas in a one paragraph. Include your publishing history if you have any.
